Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Clerk to join our team in Palo Alto, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring efficient stock handling, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: + Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems. + Perform routine stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. + Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments while ensuring quality standards. + Prepare and package orders for shipping or distribution. + Communicate inventory needs and shortages to management. Requirements Requirements: + 1–2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse, or a similar role. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Proficiency in inventory software or systems is a plus. + Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Ability to lift and move items as required (up to 50 lbs).
