Process inbound and transferring inventory and orders for multiple locations. Ensure accuracy of inventory for multiple locations. Assist with regular inventory and floor plan audits. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities. Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency. Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system. Run weekly or monthly reports as needed. Reconciles schedules. Adhere to monthly closing deadlines as designated. Other duties as assigned.
