Our client, a large manufacturer located in Cranbury, NJ, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join their team. In this vital role, you will help manage inventory levels, ensure data accuracy, and support overall logistics and supply chain management processes.

Responsibilities:

Enter parts and equipment data into the CMMS.Input work order templates and preventive maintenance schedules into the CMMS.Assist in creating parts storage locations in the CMMS and label these locations.Organize and place parts into designated storage areas.Validate data and confirm inventory accuracy, escalating discrepancies to the Maintenance Supervisor, Manager, and Inventory Control as needed.Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.File worksheets and records according to company requirements.

Experience:

Proficient in English.Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of CMMS platforms is preferred.Ability to remain at a stationary workstation for 8-10 hours per day.Capable of lifting and moving materials weighing up to 25 lbs regularly.

Pay and Shift:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PMPay Rate: $19.50 per hour
