How you will make contributions that matter

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic Supply Chain team at ILC Laverton. The Inventory Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate daily inventory control and stock movements across ILC and 3PL warehouses. This role involves maintaining precise records of all inventory transactions in SAP and conducting regular reconciliations between system and physical stock.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory control tasks.Reconcile system versus physical stock.Manage pallet investigation area and returns processing.Process stock movements and update locations.Investigate and resolve discrepancies.Support stock adjustments and transaction processing.Assist with stock takes and spot checks.Encourage and drive a culture of engagement and continuous improvement

About you

Demonstrated inventory experience, ideally within a similar role in either a Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, and/or Transport industry.Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.Strong attention to detail and process-driven approach.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to build and foster long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Information:

Shift Required: Morning (5am - 1pm), Afternoon (10am - 6pm), Night (4pm - 12am)Some ad hoc work on weekends may be required.Please advise which shift pattern you are interested in when applying for the job.
