Job Description Our inventory clerks help to ensure that our inventory records are kept accurate and up to date while also ensuring our technicians are supplied with the parts they need to complete their repairs. They are well versed in the use of our inventory software which they use to properly receive orders, perform routine physical inventory counts, and reconcile inventory variations. They catalog and put away items that are received on a daily basis, and they also answer any questions that our repair technicians may have. The work is both physically and mentally challenging. Our inventory clerks work with electronic components, chemicals, general supplies, and various other items as needed. They also may operate warehouse equipment like scissor lifts and forklifts, with proper training. Proper PPE is supplied and expected to be worn when needed. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs.   + Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels  + Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards + Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline procurement processes and enhance warehouse efficiency + Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies Qualifications and Skills + Strong data analysis skills for effective decision-making + Experience in e-commerce environments is a plus + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail + Strong communication skills for collaboration across departments Career Path This position has the opportunity for growth and advancement at Circuit Board Medics.
