Primary Objective:
The Inventory Clerk will, under the supervision of the Inventory Supervisor, manage the inventory for the company. This role will display ownership and accountability for accurate inventory. They will pick and package material, complete documentation, monitors the inventory for accuracy and notify appropriate personnel when a discrepancy is determined or inventory replenishment is required.
Major Areas of Accountability
Promotes teamwork, cooperation and commitment to “Total Customer Satisfaction” among team members.
Follows all PCB procedures and forms in compliance to ISO 9001.Picks and kits materials per job packet pick list or another authorized document. Verifies and maintains accuracy in quantity, description, location, labeling, and ESD safe packaging when creating job kits.Locates completed job kits and documentation for transfer to appropriate location in production.Coordinates with procurement, production, logistics and other departments as needed. Processes Inventory on Demand (IOD) transactions and delivery of requests.Performs cycle counts.Scans job order documents and prints labels. Places received inventory in the appropriate location. Processes recal and return to stock inventory. Suggests and participates in continuous improvement initiatives. Follows safety and housecleaning protocols to keep area clean and orderly. Performs other related duties as assigned.Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in an inventory or related role. Experience using Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required. Demonstrated experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience
Demonstrated reliability and consistency in employment history. Experience using an ERP system. Inventory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Experience with cycle counting and an understanding of FIFO.

The employee is required to use near vision to perform certain job functions and this role requires the ability to hear and understand verbal instructions. Employee must be able to work in an indoor environment with moderate noise levels.
