Job Description

Preparation of Daily Reports 

Bill of Ladings for shipments being made Daily Issue Sheet Product Orders Product Run Sheet Goods Received vs. Shipped Inventory reporting- Take measurements-Period End Reporting for Accounting Accounting Reporting 

Daily Inventory Reconciliation 

Maintain Accurate Inventory Daily Transferring Inventory Between Departments 

General Office Duties 

Filing, answering phones, data entry 

Additional Functions

Assist Office Personnel about shipping and receiving questions and concernsOperate ForkliftOther duties as requested by manager.

Qualifications

Good verbal and written communication SkillsHigh School diploma, some college accounting courses helpful.Computer Literacy (Strong Excel and database)SAP and Mii experience preferredForklift Certified
