Role Summary

Raytheon is seeking an Inventory Analyst who will be part of the centralized inventory compliance team. This team is responsible for the management of inventory throughout most of the Raytheon U.S. sites. The inventory analyst is responsible for multiple inventory management processes including inventory accountability, induction, system health, in-place shipments, and review of material management processes. In addition, this role is responsible for resolving inventory system-related issues and research efforts to resolve discrepancies. This is a highly collaborative role that will partner with production control, warehouse operations, receiving, shipping, planning and other operational organizations.

What You Will Do:

Decision making founded on MRP/ERP principles.Develop and implement continuous improvement of standard logistics processes within warehouse operations and related functions.Perform a variety of tasks and transactions related to the incoming and outgoing of materials, products and/or equipment within the inventory system.Build relationships and communication platforms with customers, internal and external, to ensure objectives and commitments are being met.Aide in the formulating of forecast and budgets based on development of metrics and other analytical tools.Process inventory records that affect physical counts and inventory balances within SAP.Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions.Coach and provide guidance relative to process discipline and compliance.Ensure execution and continuous improvement of standard processes and participate in process improvement teams.Oversee Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS) audits.Regularly generate and report on system health metrics.Troubleshoot system transaction errors and take appropriate corrective action.Full-time on-site Tucson, AZ

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years relevant experience or an advanced degree and minimum 3 years of experience.Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government issued security clearance is required.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Industry experience in logistics, manufacturing, or related field.Broad understanding of the end-to-end supply chain value stream.Experience analyzing inventory data.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience in supply chain analytics or Computer ScienceExperience with Kinaxis Rapid Response, data visualization (Tableau, Power BI)Experience using SAP ERP (PRISM/APEX/SQVI)

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
