The Stockroom Associate will be responsible for the following:

Receive, store, issue, and account for materials, supplies, and equipment. Ensure work is accomplished with high quality, in a timely fashion, and is compliant with all applicable regulations.

This position is for 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Performs a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with inventory control, stockroom, kitting, expediting, and shipping and receiving operations in accordance with established procedures.Receives, checks, stores, issues, and ships a variety of items and maintains inventory control including cycle counts.Counts, sorts, compile records and inventory quantities, types of materials received, stored, and issued in plants.Compiles and verifies stock records against source documents and addresses errors.Assists with flow of materials and products in repair areas according to established guidelines.Tracks and traces goods.Unpacks and examines incoming shipments.Stores materials in bins, floors, or shelves with identifying information.Attends weekly online calls to resolve discrepancies with orders.Proficiently uses computer software (SAP).Maintains a neat and orderly work area.

Physical Demands

Transport product with or without product carts.Lift up to 35 pounds unassisted.Sit and or stand for extended periods of time bend, squat, stoop, reach, turn as required.Use hands, arms and shoulders for extended periods of time to perform material handling.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:

Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR in the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here:  https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62Experience with stockroom operations is required.

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:

Experience in the Avionics industry is preferred.Experience with SAP.

The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
