As an Inventory Control Analyst you are responsible for the strategic and tactical planning of raw material and packaging supply for US Precipitated. The Analyst will be tasked with taking the demand plan and developing the supply plans using capacity modeling while ensuring the lowest cost of ownership model for the business. This role also acts as a liaison and communication point between Plants, Sales, Transportation, Re-Packers, and Warehousing, keeping all parties apprised of potential problems or issues impacting the business. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using analytical skills to resolve issues/problems.

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain and/or Business disciplineAt least 2-5 years of experience in a planning environment Previous experience in a Supply Planning or Supply Chain Management environment is strongly desirableSAP experience a plus Must be proficient in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other desktop applications for modeling.Strong communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organizationAbility to work in a fast-paced, ever changing dynamic environmentAbility to build strong work relationships is essentialPPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
