Inventory Control Analyst

This position is integral to the growth and profitability of the company. The successful applicant will ensure inventory levels are maintained at all sites to reduce possibilities of stock outs and maintain high customer service levels. This will be accomplished by ordering inventory to safety stock levels, continual review of safety stock standards, transferring inventory among sites and cycle counts.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage Amazon inventory: replenishing inventory at Amazon, maintaining FBM inventory levels, reconciling quantities between Epicor and Amazon, processing sales and returns in Epicor. Run MRP to create POs and released jobs to assembly. Work with the warehouse team to perform cycle counts. Review and update safety stock levels based on forecast and seasonality. Optimize inventory locations in the warehouse for optimal order picking. Complete work assignments from management based on company’s needs. Review, update, and provide feedback on assigned projects, in a timely and accurate fashion.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience working with an ERP or similar type of software. Experience using office productivity products and strong Excel skills. Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities. Honest, assertive, and systematic. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Knowledge of logistics. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
