The Opportunity

Under the direction of Site Quality Operations Manager., you will maintain and reports supply and inventory levels for materials and products in the Distribution Center. Perform physical counts of product in the warehouse. Researches inventory discrepancies and irregularities, reconciles errors, and documents inventory findings as appropriate. Identify inventory shortages and reports findings. You may coordinate data entry activities for department and provide direction to Dept. Assistants.

Your Impact

Design and updates inventory reports using spreadsheet/database software such as Excel, Access, Data Warehouse and Microsoft Office.

Develop data mining tools for IC team usage.

Analyze inventory-related statistics to identify problems and correct inventory variances.

Review operational SOPs to support audit/observation completion and accuracy

Help with the yearly physical reconciliation process and prepare appropriate reports for management review.

May perform audits in areas of the Distribution Center.
 

What You Bring

A high school diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience is required.

Design and update inventory reports using spreadsheet/database software such as Excel, Access, Data Warehouse etc

Develop data mining tools/resources for IC team usage.
 

Preferred Qualification: Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) experience or Tableau, with the ability to run SQL queries. 3 to 5 Years of inventory control experience.
 

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
 

We ask that you have onsite presence at our Ontario facility 5 days a week. #LI-Onsite

Hourly: $25.00 - $29.00
