Hybrid (Combination of work from home and in-assigned office location) Responsibilities About the role: You as the Inventory Control Analyst II - CLS will be responsible for the autonomous review and analysis of data generated through the floorplan audit function within the Commercial Lending Operations group. Your day to day responsibilities include monitoring policies and procedures related to inventory auditing, reviewing audit results, interfacing with the on-site auditor and outsource vendor, reviewing and evaluating of audit data, recognizing risk within the audit data, reporting on audit trends, and establishing appropriate courses of action to limit risk. You as a successful analyst will work independently in making decisions and has the authority to waive situations that warrant such action. You will work in conjunction with cross-departmental teams involved in portfolio monitoring/commercial account management, workouts, and status accounts. In addition, you will be responsible for meeting departmental risk management goals and objectives. In this role you will: Reviews and evaluates the floorplan inventory audit results Monitors portfolio performance Evaluates audits and related data to identify and communicate high risk situations Participates in on-site audits where risk necessitates involvement Reports out on audit related issues Interface with dealer personnel to clear audit exceptions Recommend appropriate course of action for troubled accounts Supports all aspects of problem account handling, including dealers with status of SOT, bankruptcy, or liquidation Supports workout group in managing liquidations Participates in the onsite due diligence and dealership monitoring processes as needed Evaluates and reports on performance of audit vendor for scheduling and quality metrics purposes Perform other duties as assigned Conform with all company policies and procedures Qualifications What makes you a dream candidate?
