**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING** We are looking for an Inventory Control Assistant to join our team. As the an Inventory Control Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the Materials Manager by performing data entry tasks, data and process audits, and other clerical / system support duties as assigned **A highlight of your day-to-day will include:** + Performing assigned data entry tasks with accuracy and comprehension. Identifies errors, exception conditions, and outlying inputs and notifies responsible parties in a timely, dependable manner. + Assisting and serves as back up with scheduling and planning processes, as well as in processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders based on site-specific needs and as assigned by the Materials Manager. + Serving as a source for information inquiries from internal entities concerning production and inventory control responsibilities and interaction with other internal departments. + Assisting all production and inventory control personnel with tasks, input, follow-up, etc based on site-specific requirements and assignments. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** + Proficient with Microsoft Office (Email, Spreadsheet, Word Processor) + Strong analytical and problem solving skills + Strong organizational skills + Preferred Education: Some coursework after high school + Preferred Experience: Between 6 months and 1 year **ALL ABOUT JENSEN INFRASTURCTURE** Like you, our founder, Don Jensen was looking for a way to support his family, so he started his Company in 1968.
