We are seeking an **Inventory Control Associate** to join IQVIA Laboratories at **Valencia, CA** . Support all phases of inventory management, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and accurate stock levels in accordance with established guidelines. **What You’ll be Doing:** + Collect deliveries, log, QC, receipt in, store, and distribute as required. + Liaise with internal customers, suppliers, and Purchasing and Finance departments on stock-related issues. + Maintain stock on shelves in a tidy manner, executing stock rotation in appropriate date order. + Record all stock movements and issues using inventory control systems. + Conduct daily and weekly reporting, providing inventory dispositions. + Maintain close links with study Project Managers to ensure adherence to short-dated procedures. + Participate in stock cycle counts and ensure pre-assembly area is stocked. + Follow department SOPs and perform any other duties as required. **What we are looking for:** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + 1 year of related experience. + Good computer knowledge and data entry skills. + Good communication skills. + Statement: Other equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. **The knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for this role:** + Ability to safely operate truck and warehouse equipment. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Proficiency in operating inventory control systems. + Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients. **What we offer you:** We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.
