Job Summary:Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization? We are looking for an enthusiastic Inventory Control Associate (6-months contract) to ensure our inventory processes run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Precision:Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.Audit Excellence:Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to uphold our standards.Collaborative Coordination:Work closely with purchasing and warehouse teams to manage stock levels effectively.Resolve Discrepancies:Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies with a proactive approach.Data-Driven Decisions:Prepare and analyze inventory reports to support strategic decision-making.Qualifications:
NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in any discipline.Proven experience in inventory control or a related field is a bonus but not mandatory.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Comfortable with 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday shift arrangement (on-site).Comfortable with working inside cold-room 1-2 hours daily (for inventory/stock count of reagents and paraphernalia that are stored in cold environments)Comfortable with overtime (as required, especially during audit/peak periods)Able to commence work immediately will be highly preferable (short notice period)IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
