We are looking for an enthusiastic Inventory Control Associate to ensure our inventory processes run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards and supporting our mission to deliver top-quality products to our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Maintain Precision:** Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. + **Audit Excellence:** Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to uphold our standards. + **Collaborative Coordination:** Work closely with purchasing and warehouse teams to manage stock levels effectively. + **Resolve Discrepancies:** Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies with a proactive approach. + **Data-Driven Decisions:** Prepare and analyze inventory reports to support strategic decision-making. **Qualifications:** + NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in any discipline. + Proven experience in inventory control or a related field is a bonus but not mandatory. + Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. + Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office. + Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. + Comfortable with fixed Tuesday - Saturday shift arrangement. + Comfortable with working inside cold-room 1-2 hours daily (for inventory/stock count of reagents and paraphernalia that are stored in cold environments) + Comfortable with overtime (as required, especially during audit/peak periods) **What We Offer:** + **Competitive Compensation:** Attractive salary and comprehensive benefits package. + **Growth Opportunities:** Continuous professional development and career advancement. + **Supportive Environment:** A collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
