The Inventory Control department is responsible for monitoring inventory levels through cycle counts and inventory location assessments; and performing inventory audits in accordance with Brunswick policy. Attention to detail is key to this role. **At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.** Essential Functions: + Keeping track of inventory levels, ensuring accurate records, and resolving discrepancies. + Handling incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying and recording inventory. + Updating databases and maintaining records of all transactions + Ensuring that stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed + Ensuring accuracy in inventory records and transactions. + Effectively communicating with team members and other departments. + Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies. **Diversity** **of** **thought and experience** **s** **is** **fundamental when** **imagin** **ing** **the unimaginable** **.** **Certain skillsets/experiences** **are necessary;** **however,** **others can be developed** **along the way** **.** Required Qualifications: + Basic Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Outlook + Basic knowledge of order flow through a warehouse + Able to interact within a collaborative environment. + Effective communication and teamwork across departments Preferred Qualifications: + Knowledge of Oracle WMS + Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills + Critical thinker + High school equivalent education Working Conditions: + Moderate physical demand: often lifting/moving average weight (up to 50 lbs./11-27 kgs). + Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-10 hours) + Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-10 hours). + Job rotation may be required, where applicable + Able to work in a non-AC environment The anticipated pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
