Inventory Control Coordinator

Schedule:
Sun-Wed 7am-5:45pm
Wed- Sat 7am- 5:45pm
Mon-Thur 3pm-1:30am

Maintain and report supply and inventory levels for materials and products in the Distribution Center.   May perform audits in areas of the Distribution Center. Perform physical counts of product in the warehouse. Research inventory discrepancies and irregularities, reconciles errors, and documents inventory findings. Identify inventory shortages and reports findings. Trained Equipment Operator. May participate in SDN testing.

Responsibilities

1. Research inventory discrepancies and irregularities, reconciles errors, and documents inventory findings.  

2. Identify inventory shortages and reports findings.

3. May perform audits in areas of the Distribution Center.

4. May participate in SDN testing.

5. Prepare standardized and ad hoc reports.

6. Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment to safely stage and move product throughout the distribution center.

7. Follow all company safety and security procedures.

8. Maintain attendance according to company policy.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience is required. 

• 6+ Months distribution center experience required.  1 year distribution center experience.

• 1 to 3 Years inventory control experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations

• Ability to read, write and follow directions in English

• Ability to use personal computers

• Ability to comprehend and apply technical, abstract and complex information

• Ability to stand, bend, walk, push and pull.

• Ability to operate general office equipment (fax, photocopier, computer printer) stationed between 3 and 4 feet high

• Ability to obtain certification and operate material handling equipment, motorized and non-motorized

• Ability to meet the weight restrictions on all material handling equipment for Safety requirements.

• Ability to manipulate spreadsheets, databases to perform analytical work

• Ability to multi tasks s
