Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate cycle counts and discrepancy investigation, determining root causes and identifying opportunities for improvementOrganize and facilitate non-conforming materials to internal disposition or return to vendorReconcile and close completed production and repair work ordersInvestigate and correct data/inventory errorsDevelop and implement improvements on existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiencyMonitor and fulfill line shortages, working with buyers to mitigate recurrencesSet up and maintain warehouse locations/defaults within ERPDrive down aging work orders through direct communication with internal and external suppliers to follow up on repairsLead team in required cycle count/inventory auditsMeasures and reports on various KPI’sTrain and mentor cross functional teams on inventory management processesPerform other related duties as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Preferred or Desired:

Experience with quality system requirements (FDA, ISO) preferred

Required:

3-5 years’ experience working with inventory in a Warehousing/Production environmentExcellent verbal and written skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyComputer skills including the use of standard office software programs including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and OutlookDemonstrated competency with an ERP, preferably AX or SAPMust be self-motivated with high energy level and a strong work ethicCommitment to high standards of excellence and integrityMust be able to lift up to 30 pounds

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The range for this position is $50,000 – $68,500 . Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, future potential and internal pay parity.  As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Accuray Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
