The Inventory Control Specialist checks inventory figures, postings and documents to ensure accuracy.
Shift and Schedule:
Full-timeSunday - Thursday5:00AM - finished Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is requiredPosition Responsibilities
Conduct a physical inventory of full goods, keying in inventories into spreadsheets and sap. Use of RF scanner, hand count.Perform an age inventory of product in the warehouse to ensure proper production rotation.Ensure proper administration of all cycle counts procedures and processes; research outstanding issues related to Inventory reconciliation; reconcile any Inventory discrepancies and handle any follow up questions.Create STO’s for transfers to other locationsHandle period ending Inventory accounting duties to resolve issues related to Warehouse Operations.Prepare and maintain and distribute reports related to Inventory.Ensure sox compliance following the sox checklists related to Inventory.May also need to support warehouse operations.Report daily to Warehouse Operations SupervisorWalk warehouse daily to check for missing signage and assign slottingWork with Sales Ops team to review slotting for maximum efficienciesDate code reporting monthlyManage damage and returned productPOS management in both soft and glides and racks keeping areas clean and organizedOther duties as needed Total Rewards Experience in supply planning or inventory controlExperience using RF TechnologyExperience SAP or similar Warehouse Management SystemExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed Requirements $22.00 per hourBenefits, subject to eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement Company OverviewKeurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a leading beverage company in North America, with a portfolio of more than 125 owned, licensed and partners brands and powerful distribution capabilities to provide a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.
