Summary :The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for cleaning equipment, picking, shipping, receiving, and distributing home medical products utilized by ThedaCare At Home team members and patients.

Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1) Picks and pulls home medical products and supplies to meet customer needs. 2) Receives and inspects incoming home medical product and supply shipments from vendors for accuracy and product condition. 3) Updates computer system for inbound and outbound inventory to ensure inventory accuracy. 4) Ensures inventory is clean, organized, and rotated. 5) Assists in maintaining adequate inventory levels by performing daily visual queue for critical stocked items to ensure accessibility for our customers. 6) Processes UPS, FedEx, and vendor shipments and deliveries. 7) Assembles durable medical equipment as needed to support team member and customer needs. QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or GED • Experience routing, staging, shipping, and receiving inventory • WI driver’s license PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of eighty (80) pounds without assistance, and 300 pounds with an assisted device. • Job classification may be exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties • May be exposed to electrical, mechanical, chemical, and radiation hazards; therefore, personal protective equipment must be worn as necessary. WORK ENVIRONMENT: • Normally works in climate controlled warehouse environment • Frequent sitting with movement throughout warehouse space • Use of computers throughout the work day • Frequent use of keyboard with repetitive motion of hands, wrists, and fingers
