**Job Description** Duties and Responsibilities: - Become proficient in SAP and data tracking systems. - Become subject matter expert on use of SAP to train and assist with issues as they occur in the production process. - Assist in controlling and tracking all P&I receipts to proper storage locations, through system reconciliation and cycle counting activities. - Assist in insuring accuracy of P&I issuance to Process Orders, through system reconciliation and cycle counting activities. - Assist in maintaining accurate Finished Good inventory by location, through system reconciliation and cycle counting activities. - Assist in reconciling shipments to ensure billing accuracy. - Assist with daily and monthly cycle count program. - Reconcile completed shop orders to reflect accurate usage. - Other duties and tasks as assigned. -8am - 5pm Monday - Friday **Requirements** + High School Diploma or GED + Excellent Communications and phone skills + Computer skills (email, MS Excel, MS Word, SAP) + Ability to multi-task + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs EEO/AA/Female/Minority/Disabled/Veteran
