**Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist** **Job Description** Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through both direct and RF scanner data entry in SAP. Investigates and resolves inventory discrepancies. Performs adhoc tasks, as required, for logistics projects and special customer requirements. **Responsibilities** + Transfer production materials throughout the manufacturing facility and between plants. + Initiate/execute material transfers, production orders, batch pulls, direct ships, kits, etc. + Recognize, research, and resolve inventory discrepancies that drive COGI errors. + Conduct cycle counting. + Escalate issues with significant financial or production impact quickly. + Actively provide input for and assist in the implementation of logistics projects. + Recommend ways to make inventory control processes more efficient. + Ensure the inventory team is properly focused to resolve SAP issues. **Essential Skills** + Work well independently and in a team environment. + Ability to problem solve - identify, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. + Solid computer skills in Excel and SAP (or an equivalent ERP/Warehouse Management System). + Detail-oriented and organized. + Mathematical abilities to analyze and process inventory issues and discrepancies. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift and order picker experience preferred. + A high school degree or equivalent required. + Associates Degree or relevant industry certifications, and previous experience in a similar position preferred. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a climate-controlled work environment with long-term growth opportunities.
