The Role\: Inventory Control Supervisor

What will you do?

·  Overall lead for P1F in terms of Inventory Control

·  Maintain adequate inventory level in cells

·  Ensure the accuracy of inventory

·  Maintain overall factory inventory value goal and report the actual vs. target

·  In charge of training and guidance of Cell Inventory Controllers and Material Specialist

·  Releasing weekly cycle count listings

·  Tracking the progress of the cycle count

·  Performing RCA for any variation

·  Conduct regular meetings with all the site leaders on the cycle count RCA/CAPA

·  Point of contact for any compliance audit related to inventories

·  Point of contact in terms of cycle count reports

·  Responsible for the following\:

o  Warehouse operations (under CLP)

o  Tracking of KPI/Scorecard results

o  Scheduling of manpower to support operations/factories

o  Introduce new ways of working or continuous improvement plans

o  Review, assess and revise any inventory control documents, processes, and warehouse documents

o  Train, guide, and coach employees under the scope of responsibilities

o  Ensures material arrangement in the factory (cell floor and staging areas)

Who would be successful?

•  Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree course preferably Industrial Engineering

•  Must have at least 5 years experience in Inventory Control gained from a manufacturing company

•  Familiar with Oracle and proficient in MS Office software

•  Work location\: Rosario Cavite

•  Working arrangements\: 6x a week, full-time onsite
