Supervisory Duties: + Hire, train, schedule and review inventory team. + Complete daily receiving of inbound freight, reconcile inventory discrepancies, scheduling and maintenance of stock team + Supervise the daily activities of the inventory team and provide daily direction. + Assist in managing of store operations in absence of store manager/assistant manager, provide work direction to stock team + Complete cycle counts, ensure cleanliness of store, retrieve carts in parking lot, carry outs, merchandising hardgoods products + Work with Buyers on inventory issues  + Communicate and problem solve with support departments via email, phone and in person. +  Follow defined best practices and process flows to ensure inventory accuracy. +  Participate in fall inventory and fiscal year-end inventory preparation. + Assist with seasonal display setups and tear downs. General Duties: + Unload incoming shipments and transfer outgoing shipments. + Receive incoming merchandise via RF gun technology. + Identify variances from both internal and external vendors. + Unpack, price, re-price and stock merchandise inside and outside. + Prepare and update all required paperwork for internal and external vendor products and ensure accuracy in all inventories.  Resolve any issues. + Execute weekly cycle counts.  + Reconcile inventory errors using a systematic approach.
