WE LOVE OUR WORK.

- Researches products and pricing for the day to day operation of the Slot Performance department as well as capital purchases. - Coordinates with vendors and tracks slot equipment returns and exchanges. - Coordinates with Receiving and Purchasing departments on incoming shipments of slot parts and equipment. - Keeps updated manuals on hand in the shop for all slot machines and equipment on the casino floor. - Works with supervisors and technicians to evaluate parts and equipment needs and presents suggestions to Slot Performance leaders. - Tracks purchases within the Slot Performance budget and keeps the Slot Performance Manager updated on current purchases. - Reconciles monthly statements for purchases. - Evaluates purchases and looks for ways to reduce costs. - Maintains a clean and organized work area. - Develops and maintains systems for simple retrieval of information on parts and orders. - Works in the capacity of a technician on large-scale moves, conversions, and special projects. - Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Must possess at least two (2) years of technical training. - Experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic systems and equipment required; must have knowledge of slot machines and parts. - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. - Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. - Must have strong problem-solving, analytical, customer service, and organizational skills. - Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
