Job Summary

Controls Inventory via daily corrections, analyses and preventive actions on all kind of differences and by execution of cycle count plan

Responsibilities/Description:

Administrative processing of (email) requests and bookings in SAPSafeguarding the correct storage of materials and tidiness in the warehouses.Re-batch materials following procedures when changes to batch, material or description is necessary.Daily corrections of bookings in SAP, i.e. clearing of administrative bins and processing of lost/found stock.Analysis of stock differences and defining actions based on these analyses, to improve reliability of warehouse stock. Writing root cause analysis when required.Drafting the yearly cycle count plan and ensuring the follow-up of actions, recording of documents, and preparing of KPI reports.Accompanying internal and external auditors, in Dutch and English. Clearly explaining KPIs when necessary.

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.Finished MBO+; preferably in logistic, supply chain management, operations management, or other relevant areas.Computer skills: Excel particularly, Access preferred.Strong administrative skills, repetitive administrative task as well.Strong communication skills; clear in communication but also easy going.Strong focus on solutions and accuracyGood Dutch and English skills, both in writing and speech.Experience with SAP is preferred.Act as an OwnerProactive and Problem Solving thinkingCollaborate and win together

Training / Certifications:
• SAP basic training on functional areas of expertise
• ERP systems training

• Reach truck certificate, or willing to obtain one via IFF
