Manage and develop supply base to be aligned with ATS strategies. **_PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)_** + Oversee the accurate receipt and dispatch of materials, ensuring smooth warehouse operations. + Monitor warehouse inventory in real-time, generating orders as needed to optimize stock levels. + Maintain efficient and systematic placement of materials within the warehouse, periodically organizing to enhance operational efficiency. + Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials, and produce regular reports for effective communication with upper management and other departments. + Undertake regular maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment to ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations. + Monitor the quality of materials within the warehouse, conducting quality tests and procedures as needed to uphold standards.. + Management and minimization of excess and obsolete and long-term storage materials + Instruction and management of efficient on-site workers
