GENERAL SUMMARY

 

Responsible for assigned commodities and product line sourcing strategies and execute strategies to maximize organization profitability. Manage and develop supply base to be aligned with ATS strategies.

 

 

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

 

Oversee the accurate receipt and dispatch of materials, ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Monitor warehouse inventory in real-time, generating orders as needed to optimize stock levels. Maintain efficient and systematic placement of materials within the warehouse, periodically organizing to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials, and produce regular reports for effective communication with upper management and other departments. Undertake regular maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment to ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations. Monitor the quality of materials within the warehouse, conducting quality tests and procedures as needed to uphold standards..
