As our Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for management of inventory in Wangara site apart from creation, deletion and updates to new and existing SAP material items.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Analyse sales, inventory usage and ensure the integrity and consistency of the inventory Master Data for Quick Ship inventory holding is sufficient to deliver within a week. Implement changes to SAP Master Data (customer, vendor, materials, etc.) as approved by the business policies & procedures. Ensure accuracy of supplier Master Data & inventory Master Data to enable correct inventory holding across all facilities. Identify excess inventory in a timely manner, to avoid further ordering from suppliers & work with stake holders to reduce excess inventory. Handle E&O (Excess and Obsolete item process) Develop inventory monitoring plan/dashboard to project the inventory for future three (3) months. Develop a master schedule to project forward the production plan by week, for six (6) weeks forward. Identify inventory management process issues and resolve inventory discrepancies. Develop and maintain Master Data documentation and the creation of standard operating procedures as it relates to Master Data lifecycle processes. Work with planners to monitor actual production against the production schedule to cover off required inventory Review actual weekly production to the production schedule with planners & production to identify the variances. Work closely with sales & engineering for product obsoletion & timely update product Master Data & BOMs. Provide recommendations to improve inventory processes and procedures. Support Managers with inventory reporting with timely & accurate inventory reportsWho You Are

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, or related field Prior experience in SAP inventory management & Master Data management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasksOur Offer to You:
