The role is responsible for monitors and manages inventory levels, ensuring accurate updates in the inventory system (WMS). Conducting regular audits and cycle counts, process inventory orders, resolve discrepancies, generate reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to inventory management and storage. Enforcing health and safety standards and food safety standards. Additionally, the role involves maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.Discuss daily operations with warehouse executivesCommunicate operational plans with executives, supervisors and team membersMaintain high efficiency in order picking processes.Monitor the accuracy of order picking, loading, and unloading operationsWork to reduce truck waiting timesProperly maintain the warehouse management systemAllocate employees at the start of shifts and manage their departure at the end of shiftsEnsure products are placed in correct locations and rooms, monitoring remaining pallets and quantitiesEnsure warehouse rooms and loading/unloading doors are closed properly and update the system accordinglyHandle the absence of reach truck operators and crew members.Maintain employee hygiene during operationsEnsure reach truck operators and crew members maintain disciplineEnsure cleanliness and hygiene in dock areas and annex areasMaintain cleanliness and hygiene in warehouse roomsMonitor staff PPE compliance inside the warehouseOversee loading and unloading staff's PPE adherenceMonitor truck helpers' PPE compliance within warehouse areasFollow and monitor compliance with company health and safety guidelinesEnsure visitors within the warehouse comply with PPE standardsBe overall responsible for the warehouse and dock areas during the shift
