Job Description:

Job Objective:

The Inventory Controller is responsible for stable supply through forecasting of mid-long term　warehouse utilization, developing strategies to ensure appropriate warehouse capacity based on the forecast of warehouse utilization, setting appropriate stock level for each product, and establishing operational processes to balance inventories between warehouses in short term by collaborating with key stakeholders including Pillars, BP&O, Finance, Demand planning, Supply planning, Logistics operations, CS and factory operation team

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Raws & Packs warehouse strategies to ensure appropriate warehouse capacity based on the forecast of warehouse utilization with support from logistics operation.

Establish appropriate inventory levels by closely working Pillars, Finance, demand planning, supply planning and logistics operations and review regularly.

Join S&OP processes as key participant to update warehouse capacity situation with action required and to support business activities.

Keep track of the FIFO and ensure that NQC of kibbles is kept under control.

Closely work and support with supply planning manager to take a mid-long term supply stability action which is related to the Warehouse capacity and forecast of warehouse utilization.

Periodically support supply planning manager to facilitate the communication session with the Pillar, BP&O, demand planning, supply planning and logistics operation and share the key points with transparency.

Maintain the stock data between, Physical/ ERP / WMS to keep a data accuracy and follow-up on root causes analysis and work cross-functionally to work on the process improvement.

Manage the 3PL Raws and Packs area with respect to stock management, safety and Inventory accuracy.

Keep track of Material movement in and out of the Packing Centre – Kibbles and Packs inward and FG outwards. Tally the daily production and ensure that the system entries with respect to WMS vs Navision is completed on time.

Handle the periodic and year-end stock take activities and submit timely reports to S&F

Support Maintenance team in managing Spare parts Inventory.

Support HSE in maintaining the PPE and other Inventory related to Safety.

Support Quality Team to manage and maintain Lab Supplies

Key Required Competency and Technical Skills

In-depth experience in Inventory management and Warehouse management systems.

Basic knowledge of finance and supply chain management

Project management skills

Cross-functional communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Ability to negotiate with external stakeholders including 3PL
