Inventory Coordinator, Clinical Operations Location: Baltimore, MD/ Bethesda, MD/ Columbia, MD Duration: 9 months Description: Description of Work: Assembling racks Stocking cabinets, racks and shelves Inventory count and product verification Moving product- utilization of a pallet jack and other equipment as needed Arranging and organizing medical products and medical supplies Filling bins Breaking down boxes What is expected of you and others at this level Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods Adheres to all quality guidelines Works under moderate degree of supervision Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor Refers complex unusual problems to supervisor Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred Verbal and written communication and presentation skills Self-motivated approach Track record of consistently meeting performance goals. Attention to detail Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to work with minimal supervision Good written communication skills 1-2 years of experience Basic proficiency in Microsoft office (Word and Excel) Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred Prior Healthcare experience preferred Education: Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred. Certifications & Licenses: High School Graduate or Equivalent Certification Skills: Required Excel Problem Resolution Material Handling Clinical Operations Microsoft Office Additional Inventory Pallet jack Cabinets Conveyor Stocking Languages: English( Speak, Read, Write ) Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree Call Notes: We want to prioritize a bachelor’s degree for hiring, but we are open to those without it if they have professional experience. A focus is a solid understanding of MS because we use Excel extensively.
