Inventory Coordinator, Clinical Operations

Our Client, a Clinical company, is looking for an Inventory Coordinator, Clinical Operations for their Baltimore, MD location. Responsibilities:
+ The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for providing hands-on support to setup, install, and troubleshoot products to support the project implementation. The successful Inventory Coordinator is a self-starter, has strong communication skills, is well organized, and is comfortable and experienced in contacting and conversing with hospital personnel. A successful Inventory Coordinator will possess a demonstrated ability to independently perform implementation tasks accurately and thoroughly, have a collaborative approach in a team environment, possess interpersonal and communicative skills, and hold themselves accountable to the highest level of standards.
+ Assembling racks
+ Stocking cabinets, racks and shelves
+ Inventory count and product verification
+ Moving product- utilization of a pallet jack and other equipment as needed
+ Arranging and organizing medical products and medical supplies
+ Filling bins
+ Breaking down boxes
+ Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area
+ Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
+ Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution
+ Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods
+ Adheres to all quality guidelines
+ Works under moderate degree of supervision
+ Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor
+ Refers complex unusual problems to supervisor
+ Must provide proof of and maintain current immunizations and obtain additional immunizations appropriate for the facility which enables access to customer sites in order to perform essential job functions. Hospital system uses Vendormate (GHX).
Requirements:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred
+ Verbal and written communication and presentation skills
+ Self-motivated approach
+ Track record of consistently meeting performance goals.
+ Attention to detail
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs
+ Ability to work with minimal supervision
+ Good written communication skills
+ 1-2 years of experience
+ Basic proficiency in Microsoft office (Word and Excel)
+ Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
+ Prior Healthcare experience preferred
+ High School Graduate or Equivalent Certification
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred
+ EXCEL
