Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to manage and maintain our inventory processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain, inventory management, and order entry. This role involves coordinating with warehouse technicians, entering data into our ERP/Procurement system, and ensuring the accuracy and condition of our inventory.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with warehouse technicians after delivery to enter data into ERP/Procurement system, assign lots/exp dates, print labels, apply labels, and store or distribute items appropriately.Assist with processing orders, storing, using, and selling company inventory, including raw materials, components, and finished products.Assist with planning, forecasting, purchasing, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment.Inspect inventory to ensure ordered items arrived in good condition and in the expected quantity.Record inventory by entering the names, numbers, and descriptions of received items into a computerized system or on paper.Maintain inventory storage area in an organized and neat manner, using barcodes or labels to identify and locate items.Notify supervisors when supplies are running low.Help to order new items or restock inventory as needed.Ensure accuracy of the inventory through audits or counts.Work with others to address inventory-related issues.Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.Assist with inventory analysis and reporting.Essential Skills2+ years of supply chain/inventory experience.2+ years of performing order entry.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience with inventory control, inventory management, and cycle counts.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong computer, order entry, support/service, and organizational skills.Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.Work Environment
The position is located in Horsham, PA. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The dress code is business casual.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
