Location: Voorhees - Carnie Blvd Employment Type: Employee Employment Classification: Regular Time Type: Full time Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America) Total Weekly Hours: 40 Additional Locations: Job Information: Job Summary: Primary responsibilities include the provision of operational support for ongoing DME and RPM kit inventory management, maintenance, and tracking for programs. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating equipment maintenance, reprocessing of equipment, scheduling repairs, and ensuring that equipment is available and operational as needed. Works closely with various departments to meet equipment needs and support organizational objectives. Position Responsibilities: Develop and implement equipment tracking system to monitor equipment usage, maintenance, and performance. Maintain accurate record of equipment inventory, including details such as tracking numbers and locations. Coordinate equipment repairs. Liaison with vendors to schedule and oversee timely replacement of malfunctioning equipment. Troubleshooting issues with malfunctioning equipment to minimize downtime. Work with Virtual biomedical support to ensure all appropriate equipment is logged into system and has all scheduled performance maintenance. Reprocessing of equipment to ensure all infection control policies around cleaning, disinfection, and supply equipment management are followed. Collaborate with various departments to understand equipment needs and provide support in fulfilling those needs. Monitors par levels for specialty orders for department to ensure seamless delivery of patient care. All other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications Required: Required Experience: Previous administrative support experience in a healthcare setting or customer service experience required. Experience working in medical supply chain and logistics preferred. Basic knowledge/skills in computer use (data entry, email usage). Knowledge of inventory related computer systems. Required Education: High School Diploma required. Associate degree preferred. Training/Certification/Licensure: Valid and unrestricted NJ or equivalent out of state Driver's License required (Patient Logistics).
