JOB SUMMARY:  Responsible for the coordination of all activities required for monitoring, counting, and maintaining the accuracy of inventory levels of liquid products raw materials and finished products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Perform physical cycle counts. (5%) Inventory validationSchedule and assign counts to be taken on raw materials and finished goods. (30%)Perform annual physical inventory. (1%)Investigate inventory variances and recommend corrective action. (10%)Input cycle count information. (10%)Request of perform inventory request. (4%)Generate period end variance report. (5%)Report production based on batch cards. (30%)Monitor and notify management of discrepancies. (5%)Slotting and slot auditsPhase in/phase out of itemsVendor creditsPurchase order verificationProcessing of damaged product

Must possess excellent mathematical computation abilities. 

Must be capable of completing counts of products from location within the racking system. 

Demonstrate ability to make rational decisions consistent with Company policies and procedures. 

Must be able to read and process written information with a high degree of technical accuracy.
