We are looking for a Inventory Cycle Counter to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will help ensure accurate inventory records by analyzing transactions, identifying discrepancies, and supporting efficient material flow across our distribution operations.
Shift Time: 6AM - 3PM, Monday - Friday
In This Role\nAnalyze inventory transactions and material flow to identify and resolve discrepancies\nFollow processes for inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate records\nConduct daily inventory checks and physical inventories to keep product tracking up-to-date\nTroubleshoot and quickly resolve inventory discrepancies to minimize disruptions\nCalculate rates, ratios, and percentages, and interpret graphs to help make data-driven decisions\nReconcile inventory variances using spreadsheet to ensure precise inventory management\nMaintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies\nOther duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey\n\n\n
The Ideal Person\n2+ years of experience in inventory control experience in a warehouse setting \nRaymond order picker experience required\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nProficient with computers, including Excel and ERP systems \nStrong math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in various units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals\nPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance\nWillingness to work overtime as needed\nSteel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours\n
