Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated individual for the Inventory/Forklift position on the 1st shift. This role involves receiving incoming part shipments, verifying parts and quantities received, restocking pulling locations, and managing internal shipments to various locations in North America. The job requires forklift operation, with usage varying between 30-70% of the time based on the area of inventory and team assignments. Senior team members have priority in choosing to operate the forklift.

Work Environment
The work involves various tasks between receiving, shipping, inventory/racking, and machine operation areas. Employees need to be open to different jobs throughout their time. The facility recently expanded and is very new and clean, with the addition of a brand-new automated paint line system. The environment is climate-controlled but can get hot during summer months. The noise level is moderate. The attire includes steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and shorts or pants without holes or tears. The work schedule is 1st shift: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM, with potential overtime until 4:30-5 PM and working up to 4 Saturdays per year. No smoking is allowed on site.

The pay range for this position is $19.63 - $21.63
