Support and assist the Fine Art Handling Team in receiving and releasing artworks and maintaining a precise inventory record, updating locations and movement of artwork within our facilitiesSupport and assist the Manager in the accurate input of data and artwork records and create labels to be applied to each assetProvide support to the Fine Art Handling Team in conducting artwork condition checks and creating condition reports when required uploading photography and reports into our inventory recordsTo work together and collaborate with Fine Art Handlers and Manager with performing regular inventory audits to ensure accuracyTo assist the Manager with identifying and resolving discrepancies between inventory records and physical countsTo support and assist the Fine Art Handling Teams to liaise with clients and stakeholders during Art Fairs and Art Exhibitions when requiredTo support the Project Management and Fine Art Handling Team with administrative tasks when required
