Inventory Management Supervisor

What you’ll do as a Supervisory Inventory Management Review and approve material purchase orders Work with vendors to resolve invoice and order discrepancies Assist with monthly inventory and reporting Participate in the hiring and training of field warehouse technicians Assist with the initial warehouse setup when new locations open Build relationships with the operations teams and assist with their material needs Ensure compliance with established procedures Plans, develops, and implements warehouse safety and security programs and activities Manages the activities of inventory personnel and yard workers on an ongoing basis Identifies, defines and monitors performance-related KPI metrics and holds department personnel accountable to achieving departmental standards Other duties as assigned What you’ll need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company 3-5 years progressive warehouse experience Strong communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint Self motivated, ability to multitask and prioritize work load Ability to meet established deadlines Business Management or Degree preferred. Previous management experience. Minimum 5 years or a combination of both Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card Ability to apply project management concepts, and methodologies Proven leadership in a cross functional team environment General understanding of Business Financial and/or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Ability to safely operate forklift, telehandler and skid steer equipment Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimum guidance Pay Range $80K - $100K / Yr Why work with us Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
