Transdev is proud to offer:Competitive compensation package of minimum $60,000– maximum $70,000 Benefits include:Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeksSick days: 5 daysHolidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floatingOther standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disabilityResponsibilities:  Ensure invoices show correct pricing and are properly coded for payment. Ensure all invoices have been processed for months-end reporting Track and enforce warranties for parts and services. Identify trends, insure sufficient supply of parts and consumables for special projects, campaigns, and weather-related events/seasons. Ensure the needs of the staff are met in a timely manner.  Work with Vendors to find the best pricing and to negotiate purchasing contracts for equipment, parts, services, and supplies. Buyer for goods and services needed by the centralized Maintenance Department for timely work order completion (create purchase requisitions, expedite orders as needed, and follow up on order fulfillment). Identify, buy for, and maintain proper levels of inventory to avoid project and maintenance down time. Support and direct field operations managers with purchasing needs / requests Annual physical Inventory counts and monthly cycle counts Work with accounting to reconcile physical inventory to system counts. Responsible for keeping the purchasing database up to date and accurate  Requirements:   High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent5+ years of related work experienceExcellent interpersonal & communication skills  Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Physical Requirements:Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.About Transdev: Cities, counties, airports, companies, and universities across the U.S. contract with Transdev to operate their transportation systems, maintain their vehicle and fleets, and deliver on mobility solutions.
