Inventory Manager (Greenville, TX)

We are looking for:
An Inventory Control Manager to be responsible for management and coordination of the site
Inventory Team in Greenville, TX. 

 

We can count on you for:

Ensuring the reporting and compliance for all Inventory Metrics required for the site.

Oversee Production Coordinators to assure all responsibilities are performed
including; raw materials ordering, supply, and delivery to machines and
communication back to planning for any raw material concerns that can cause
machine downtime.

Monitoring daily production orders for timely and accurate closure. Report monthly to
Finance to confirm completion and signal any non-settle orders.

Oversee the Inventory Specialist role to maintain SAP data accuracy through
reporting and monitoring all inventory transactions are complete (negatives,
consumables, cost center charge offs, etc.)

Participate in Monthly SMOG meetings and coordinate SMOG and Scrap material
disposals for on and offsite materials ensure material transactions are keyed
accurately and in a timely manner.

Manage 3PL inventory locations for inventory ordering, fulfillment and verifying
inventory accuracy.

Assist in Supply Chain activities when needed including, Kitting, Shipping and
Receiving support. Point of contact for all inventory issues.

Inventory Management and Data Accuracy

Ensure site Cycle Count yearly schedule is created, maintained, assigned to areas and
completed to ensure all items are counted at a minimum 1x per year. Schedule and manage yearly physical for 3PL partners, Toller and Consignment warehouses.

Utilize Sap to ensure data is accurate via daily inventory reports. Identify negative, duplicate,
stuck and missed transactions.

Oversee production support of the 24/48/72 hour raw material supply process. 

Ensure coordinators are confirming physical receipt of required materials at 48 hours before
production run.

Support Planning and Production leaders for changes in schedule and re-evaluating raw
material needs and expedite when required.

Review machine SLOCS for inventory accuracy.

Review process orders for timely closure and accuracy. Ensure all production is reported
and raw materials consumed.

You will bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in related fields or equivalent experience is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years experience in inventory management

1-2 years supervisory experience in a production environment

Experience utilizing SAP and Excel for inventory monitoring and tracking.

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $80,560 to $100,700 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
