Responsible for warehouse daily operation and coordinating with production for material and products flow in a healthy and efficient way; managing materials management and selection in order to provide economical and rapid service to our final Customers and assembly operation. Establish controls for accuracy in inventory.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
• Responsible for wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly workplace.• Manage inventory processes: i.e. picking, delivery, receipt and put-away, and cycle counts
• Coordinate with Production for on-time delivery of materials in the right quantity, and part number
• Assure return-to-stock materials are accounted for and put back into stock as quickly as possible for future requirement visibility
• Handling pick lists documentation and maintain proper sequence matching demand requirements
• Conduct frequent and consistent cycle counts throughout the year and minimize any financial loss
• Perform other duties as assigned Background & Skills
High School Diploma or GED
• Competent operator of a Reach Truck
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Experience as an inventory picker role with knowledge of warehouse operations and processes
• Good coordination skill, driving for achievement.
