Inventory Operations Manager, Network Hardware
Meta
**Summary:**
The Network Hardware team within the Global Supply Chain Operations (GSCO) group is responsible for teaming with our supply chain partners to build, deliver, and enable Meta’s Data Center, Backbone & Edge infrastructure. Meta’s foundation is its Data Centers, and key partnerships with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) & Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) across the Networking industry are a crucial piece in building and operationalizing this infrastructure. The NW-GSCO is responsible for managing the performance of these partners while setting and achieving key performance metrics (ex. On-time delivery) from our ODMs/OEMs & alternative inventory staging partners. This requires a dynamic approach to work to unlock challenges on the tactical (ex. supply), strategic (ex. Supply chain strategy), and foundational (ex. process overhaul) levels for Inventory Partners, ODMs/OEMs, and Meta. The team is inherently dynamic, requiring coordination across engineering, NPI, mass production, and sustaining teams all within a given cycle. Put simply: the NW-GSCO team is composed of problem solvers who build relationships both within- and beyond- Meta to achieve industry-leading performance and pave the way for Meta’s AI-enabled infrastructure. The Inventory & Operations Manager is a crucial role for the NW-GSCO team, playing a pivotal part in operationalizing and optimizing our global supply chain. Located in one of our North American based regions, this role is readily capable to interface directly with our internal partners, as well as our external inventory and ODM/OEM partners across the globe. As a detail-oriented operational leader this role is critical for the measurement, management, and improvement of our inventory partners performance. Furthermore, this role will help scope, shape, and implement supply chain strategies that optimize for flexibility, speed-to-deployment, and across Meta’s compute supply chain.
