Responsibilities

Position Summary

 

Order Filler's label and put away materials received from other departments. They work with other departments to ensure delivery of materials safely and on time.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Label and counts materials received from other departments and puts away in the correct area safely and on time.Prepares accurate orders for outbound shipments.Consolidate inventory.Conducts weekly inventory – down stocking, refreshing labels as needed.Uses a scanner to verify and track orders.May be required to use material handling equipment, following all safety rules.Employees are responsible to comply with all requirements of Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures. Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

 

High school diploma or equivalent preferredExperience operating forklift equipment a plusExperience with inventory/shipping a plus Good computer skillsGood verbal communication skillsAbility to read and write English and use basic mathGood organization skillsGood time management skillsSelf-motivated and detail-oriented
