Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Analyst to analyze, improve, and establish inventory control procedures within the PAC-3 Sustainment Program. This role focuses on optimizing part distribution, enhancing operational efficiency, and defining supplier tasks under contract with The Boeing Company. The ideal candidate will have experience with Compass Contracts and MESci systems to support inventory and sustainment operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process Optimization: Analyze current inventory control processes and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
* Engineering Services Execution: Execute engineering services to achieve optimal part distribution results.
* Supplier Coordination: Define and manage supplier tasks under contracts to ensure seamless inventory and sustainment support.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Compass Contract and MESci systems to track inventory performance and generate reports for decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
* Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control or sustainment operations
* Technical Skills:
o Compass Contract experience.
o MESci system proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Education: Engineering degree preferred.
* Industry Knowledge: Background in aerospace sustainment, logistics, or defense contracting.
