Key ResponsibilitiesThe responsibility of this position is to maintain the Finished Goods continuous flow, from the Receiving process (Backflush), issue deliveries (OBDs) until the FG is shipped to TX55 or Drop Shipments.Coordinate and supervision daily shipping activities, such as receipts (production backflush), issue deliveries for raw materials, samples and finished goods shipments.Guarantee accuracy of shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.Ensure correct shipment of international ordersSupport and solve customer’s concerns on daily shipmentsCommunicate with carriers to coordinate shipments and delivery schedulesCoordinate end of month shipping activitiesReport weekly and monthly KPI recordsYOU MUST HAVEBachelor DegreeAdvanced English Inventory cycle counts,Export shipmentsOEA CTPAT KnowledgeWE VALUEFamiliar with standard inventory concepts practices and proceduresAbility to multitaskTeam orientedStrong verbal and written communication skillsSome experience working in inventoryAdditional InformationJOB ID: HRD251763Category: Integrated Supply ChainLocation: Av.
