Inventory Planner

Location: Everett, WA

Pay Rate: $25 - $26.50/hr

Available Shifts:

5x8: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Mon - Fri)5x8: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Mon – Fri)

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will excel in data and process execution, operating from a company-wide perspective, and fostering cross-functional and cross-business project development.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in ensuring data accuracy so that all tools and processes function as expected.Manage inbound shipments, including PO tracking, maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.Analyze inventory positions and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.Execute various purchase orders, in-stock and vendor-related systems, and reports.Essential SkillsProficiency in business software such as Excel.Strong organizational skills and self-starter attitude.Good written and oral communication skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Capability to meet tight deadlines while handling multiple projects simultaneously.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with warehouse operations, inventory management, SAP ERP systems, pallet jacks, and Oracle.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.06 - $26.50
